Being affectionate to your partner is a way to show love for one another. Doing it at home and in private is ideal but some couples want to show their affection regardless of where they’re at. This is known as public display of affection (PDA). We’ve seen couples kiss on the aisles but doing it in the checkout line is a bit unnecessary isn’t it? Can’t they just wait til they get outside?
Me: Hi there! How’s it…
Me: going..
Me: Umm.. did you two find everything…
Me: alright…
Me: [Sigh]

Very funny post. I’m not a prude, but honey, I am along the saaaame lines. I can’t stand to see people making out in public. For Pete’s sake, there are kids around! AND people who don’t want to see you making out. Not to mention, you have no idea where those hands have been when they reach to get their money/ card out.
Awkward!
Someone needs to annonymously throw an apple and hit one of them upside the head, maybe knock some courtesy in their brains!
haha Awkward indeed.
I have tagged you in post Paul BTW.
ugh, PDA in line is seriously the worst. I always feel so awkward being in the presence of someone else’s makeout session. I try not to look directly at them for fear of looking like a voyeur, but I need to ask for their preferred card… Do I interrupt? Do I just put one in for them to avoid the uncomfortableness of trying to get their attention? It’s so awkward for all parties involved, except for the actual couple, because they obviously have no shame.
