Love this strip. Unfortunately, some of the characters and customers he has are not caricatures, but realistic!

Ugh, yeah. This comic captures the essence of one particular DM I used to know. She was a benign, patronizing moron on her better days and a rude, manic jerk who liked to make changes for the sake of making changes on her worse days. The whole staff would spend days doing silly things like scrubbing the walls behind the floor-to-ceiling signs in preparation for a DM audit. I never understood how she managed to keep her job.
